The Institute for Multi-Sensory Education developed a reading program entitled: "Sensational Strategies for Teaching Beginning Readers" to allow parents to participate in their child's reading development. The multi-sensory phonics program is based on the research based Orton-Gillingham method used by leading educators accross the country. The IMSE has developed this program to empower parents to give their children a head start on the basics of reading, to support beginning readers, and to assist children who are struggling with the reading process.
